Payment: a. Payment for our services is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon. b. We accept payment by cash, check, or online payment methods. c. In the case of recurring cleaning services, we may require upfront payment for a specified period.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment. b. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. c. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Access and Security: a. It is your responsibility to provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. b. If you are not present during the cleaning service, you agree to provide a safe and secure means of entry for our team. c. We prioritize the safety and security of your property, and our team members are trained to handle access responsibly.
Liability: a. While we take utmost care in providing our cleaning services, accidents or damages may occur. b. We carry liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our team during the cleaning service, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy. c. Please notify us within 48 hours of any damages or incidents, and we will work to address the situation promptly.
Satisfaction Guarantee: a. We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and customer satisfaction. b. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Privacy: a. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. b. We may collect and process personal information necessary for providing our cleaning services.
Termination: a. Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. b. Termination does not relieve any outstanding payment obligations.
Modifications: a. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. b. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
